Now heading up Business Development of our Enterprise Social Business Organization within SAP, Responsible for driving our Sales Service and Marketing Focus. With a personal, almost manic, bias to exceed my customers expectation, I have the opportunity to influence and get developed software that helps our customers to improve their customer insight and intimacy in a way that delights and exceeds their expectations.
With a prior experience that includes leading “Go to Market” and Solution Management activities for the SAP CRM and Business Suite, holding the position of Head of CRM On Demand Product Management for EMEA at Oracle, driving business development and growth. Prior to Oracle’s acquisition of Siebel, I was fortunate to hold the position of Siebel’s Chief Technology Director for EMEA, working closely with the customer base to ensure technology was applied to deliver excellence in customer interactions. I designed and developed Siebel’s IT Strategy offering and was universally recognized as a leading authority on Siebel’s technology and architecture.
Starting at Siebel Systems in 1997 was a great opportunity in life that leads to memories and learning’s you never forget. As a founding member of the European Sales organization I specialized in aligning “the art of how people wanted to interact with people”, to “the science of technically what was possible”.
Previous roles included a couple of CIO positions, implementing a diverse range of solutions including CRM tools, HR, ERP solutions and executive reporting. And a number of years experience in the building industry.
