Paolo Giambertone was joining ING Group during 2004, and is currently managing Digital Channels for the retail segment. His responsibilities include Online Sales, Digital Marketing, Channel Development and Analytics. He has been developing a data driven approach since the beginning, introducing as an early adopter Behavioral Targeting and Programmatic Buying.
He halso launched mobile channels and introduced Omnichannel features, such as web chat and remote video, with the purpose of evolving and innovating the direct digital banking concept.
